Definition of Done

Done has two levels, matching the Jira workflow:

• Subtask Done — the engineer's MR is merged to main and green on staging, includes tests for its auto scenarios, and meets the code, review and observability checklist.
• Work item Done — the owner verified it and the BA accepted it on a named staging build, and its Fix Version was released to production. "PR approved" and "accepted on staging" are not Done.

• Bug Fix — root cause, regression test, data remediation
