Roles

Tech Lead — Owns technical direction, unblocks people, confirms estimates, and represents the team in cross-functional discussions. Breaks ties on technical decisions.
Engineers — Own implementation. Each owns 1–2 domains or projects (e.g. "auth", "billing", "ingestion pipeline", "AIOZ IPFS", "AIOZ Ads"). Research work items during refinement and ask the questions that shape the spec. Write automated tests for the test scenarios, and verify their own work on staging.
QA — Not staffed for now. Until it is, engineers test (automated scenario tests, plus manual checks on staging) and the BA accepts. See conventional/jira.md.
BA (Business Analyst) — Translates business requirements into actionable specs. Turns each Story into a detailed spec during refinement, answering the engineers' questions in the description. Accepts finished work on staging. Works with PM to clarify scope before tasks are assigned.
PM (Product Manager) — Owns product priorities. Assigns tasks and approves scope.

Domain owners are the first-responders and tie-breakers for their area, not the only ones allowed to touch it.
Anyone can change anything. The owner reviews changes to their domain by default.
